There is a balcony which stretches the full width of the apartment with views over the Gastein valley towards Bad Hofgastein. In the basement there is a private ski locker, wash room, and drying room. A private underground garage is available for guest use.
The apartment is set on the outskirts of the town set on the side of the mountain approximately 15 minutes walk to the town centre. The apartment is well connected by bus routes to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein (nearest bus stop outside Hotel "Alpenblick" 150 metres away). The nearest ski lift is "Graukogel" 250 metres away.
